Vancouver-based BIGG Digital Assets Inc. owner of leading developer of Blockchain technology search, risk-scoring and data analytics solution Blockchain Intelligence Group has closed a 5-year deal with a United States Federal Government agency valued at CAD USD$540,000 to deliver QLUE licenses.
