June 25 – In a letter dated 19 June 2018, addressed to H.E Prak Sokhonn, Senior Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Mrs. Pauline Tamesis, Resident Coordinator of United Nations in Cambodia, “congratulates the Kingdom of Cambodia for being elected to high-level organs of the United Nations”, MoFAIC wrote in the press release dated on Monday.

It is worth nothing that Cambodia was elected as a vice-president of the 73rd Session of the UNGA on 5 June 2018, and as a member of ECOSOC on 13 June 2018 with supporting vote 183 out of 188.

As we can see Cambodia nowadays is determine to gain more attention from the outside world and develop itself to more capacity.
